Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets. Hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out, and no items, such as condiments, will be provided before check-in. GUESTS are recommended to purchase travel insurance for the duration of their stay. Please note that Hurricane Season in Florida is June 1st - November 30th. Refunds will default to Airbnb's policy at the time of booking.

Other Details to Note

Please note, we don't recommend using the pool during inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather. The pool is serviced weekly. Just so you know, debris may wash off the screen and into the pool after it rains, causing it to appear slightly discolored. We're delighted to welcome your furry friends to our pet-friendly home! Please be aware that restrictions do apply, and we're more than happy to provide further details. We allow up to two dogs at 25 lbs each. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $45/dog. Also, please remember you're staying in someone's home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If there are any problems, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible, but no one lives on site 24/7. If you have an issue with the home, please let us know so we can fix it immediately! Your satisfaction is our priority, within reason! Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. We offer either early check-in, late check-out, or both! However, please remember that this option is only available if we don't have same-day check-in, as we require enough time between reservations to clean the home to our professional standards. Please send the requests well in advance so we can coordinate with our cleaning crew.

Anything else must be taken to the dumpster by the courts. - Grill is free to use but guest is responsible for cleaning grates and disposal of foil. A grill that is left excessively dirty will incur a $50 charge. - Missing or damaged items will result in charges for replacements.

Guest Access

You can access the entire townhome and private pool except for a locked owner's closet. Our community offers a full-service vacation resort environment, including concierge service, 24-hour security, and high-speed wireless internet (WiFi). To enter the community, you must provide a government-issued photo ID matching the name on the reservation. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, we kindly request the full name of all guests including children. This is needed to access the community amenities. All vehicles will be registered with the community upon arrival at the main gate. The gate will provide you with a car pass and the clubhouse front desk will provide daily access to amenities. A maximum of three cars are allowed per reservation. Recreational vehicles, campers, and trailers are not permitted.

We love staying here! The location is perfect—so close to Disney—and the home is always spotless, comfortable, and dependable. We’ve stayed several times and it consistently meets our needs. The hosts are always responsive and helpful, which makes every stay smooth and enjoyable. It’s perfect for our family and truly feels like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Place was as described, very clean didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we wanted to was at a football tournament most of the time but I would definitely book again.

Our family really enjoyed Joshua’s place. It was super clean! (We travel often and this might be the cleanest place we’ve stayed.) Our kids loved having their own private pool and it was heated to a temperature that kept them warm which was great as they get cold swimming easily. The public pool at the resort also has a fun slide they enjoyed. The public gym is small so they only allow 5 people at a time to use it so if you plan to workout on vacation just make sure you can be flexible with your workout time. The resort also had tennis rackets, basketballs etc to use and we took advantage of that a few days! House is close to a Target and Aldis as well! If we find ourselves back in the Orlando area in the future we’ll definitely return here!

I really enjoyed this property! I traveled with a family of seven, and there was plenty of space for everyone. My flight didn’t arrive until around 3 AM, but check-in was quick and easy. The gated community made us feel very safe and secure — a major plus. During our stay, we loved using the private pool in the backyard, and the shared amenities like the playground and arcade added to the fun. Joshua was a great host and responded quickly and proactively whenever we had questions. I would absolutely recommend this property to friends and family, and if I’m ever in the area again, I’d definitely stay here again.

Find us

Upon driving up to the front gate of Paradise Palms Resort, you'll be required to show ID to gain access and receive your vehicle pass. For the rest of your stay, you'll be able to scan the pass to enter the gate. If you have additional cars, let us know the name of someone in each one so that security will issue them a pass as well. This will prevent any delays at the gate. There is one assigned parking space in front of the townhome and plenty of guest parking nearby. Trailers are not allowed to be parked or stored on the property.
