Welcome to your own little paradise near the Most Magical Place on Earth, Disney World. This beautiful townhome is also close to Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Legoland, and Discovery Cove. It's decorated with light beach colors so that you come back to a calm relaxing space after a long day of fun! Throw some burgers on the grill and take a dip in the pool right outside your back door. We're located in the amazing Paradise Palms resort community.

Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets. Hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out, and no items, such as condiments, will be provided before check-in. GUESTS are recommended to purchase travel insurance for the duration of their stay. Please note that Hurricane Season in Florida is June 1st - November 30th. Refunds will default to Airbnb's policy at the time of booking.

Other Details to Note

Please note, we don't recommend using the pool during inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather. The pool is serviced weekly. Just so you know, debris may wash off the screen and into the pool after it rains, causing it to appear slightly discolored. We're delighted to welcome your furry friends to our pet-friendly home! Please be aware that restrictions do apply, and we're more than happy to provide further details. We allow up to two dogs at 25 lbs each. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $45/dog. Also, please remember you're staying in someone's home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If there are any problems, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible, but no one lives on site 24/7. If you have an issue with the home, please let us know so we can fix it immediately! Your satisfaction is our priority, within reason! Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. We offer either early check-in, late check-out, or both! However, please remember that this option is only available if we don't have same-day check-in, as we require enough time between reservations to clean the home to our professional standards. Please send the requests well in advance so we can coordinate with our cleaning crew.

House Rules

-No smoking inside the townhome or outside on the back patio. -We love our fur babies as much as the next person, but please don't bring them with you (except registered service animals). - No illegal activities, drug use, or underage consumption of alcohol. - Friends and family are welcome to visit, just remember no large parties or events. Also only registered guests will be allowed into the resort pool area. - Pool heating is an additional $25 per night, charged for the entire stay. Please let us know if you would like the pool heated before check-in. - The grill on the patio is free to use, however, you are responsible for cleaning it afterward. Propane is supplied and complimentary. There are two tanks. When one is empty, please let us know and set it outside on the front porch. Our propane service will pick it up and replace it. Failure to abide by the house rules may result in additional fees. A rental agreement will be sent to you for signature after booking.

You can access the entire townhome and private pool except for a locked owner's closet. Our community offers a full-service vacation resort environment, including concierge service, 24-hour security, and high-speed wireless internet (WiFi). To enter the community, you must provide a government-issued photo ID matching the name on the reservation. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, we kindly request the full name of all guests including children. This is needed to access the community amenities. All vehicles will be registered with the community upon arrival at the main gate. The gate will provide you with a car pass and the clubhouse front desk will provide daily access to amenities. A maximum of three cars are allowed per reservation. Recreational vehicles, campers, and trailers are not permitted.

This home was spotless and very well cared for. The kitchen was fully stocked, and thoughtful essentials like soap and starter toiletries were provided, which made the stay extra convenient. The host was incredibly responsive and quick to help with any questions. The gated resort community offered great amenities, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell a lot of care went into both the home and the hosting. Highly recommend!

Find us

Upon driving up to the front gate of Paradise Palms Resort, you'll be required to show ID to gain access and receive your vehicle pass. For the rest of your stay, you'll be able to scan the pass to enter the gate. If you have additional cars, let us know the name of someone in each one so that security will issue them a pass as well. This will prevent any delays at the gate. There is one assigned parking space in front of the townhome and plenty of guest parking nearby. Trailers are not allowed to be parked or stored on the property.
