Resort Pass Details Enjoy unlimited access to Bryce Resort activities throughout your stay with a one-time pass purchase! Each pass is valid for one person per day and grants access to the following activities: • Green Fees & Cart Fees • Ski Lift Tickets • Snow Tubing • Ice Skating • Bike Park Lift Tickets • Lake Laura Access • Scenic Lift Rides How It Works: • Passes can be used for multiple activities per day but cannot be shared between guests. • For ski lifts, present your pass directly to the lift attendants for quick access to the slopes. • For all other activities, show your pass at Guest Services near the Copper Kettle restaurant or call ahead to reserve. Check-In/Check-Out Instructions: • Passes are stored in lockboxes at the property. You’ll receive the lockbox combination code at check-in. • One pass is in each lockbox. • Passes are available at check-in time and must be returned to the lockbox before check-out. Need Early Access? If you’d like to use the passes before check-in, contact us to discuss early access. Early check-in or late check-out is available for $25 per 2-hour block, pending availability. House Rules

- The county fire hotline must be called before using the firepit. - Please turn off the garage heater when leaving the game room. - Resort passes used but not returned at checkout will incur a $150 replacement fee per pass. - Garbage must be in tied garbage bags before being placed in the large garbage can on the street. Any loose garbage left on the street or in the can will result in a fee. This is enforced by the HOA sanitation service.

We had the most incredible time here for our girls' wine weekend! The house was absolutely stunning and provided the perfect backdrop for our getaway. Our hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed—their helpfulness truly made the trip seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would recommend this spot to anyone who wants to hit Bryce Resort or do a wine weekend like us.

We stayed over Christmas and had the entire family over for two days. The house was exactly as described and super clean. There was lots of room and there was enough supplies in the kitchen to make a full dinner. It was amazing.

I absolutely loved this stay. We enjoyed everything there was to enjoy about this house. From the comfy couch, the expansive selections of seasonings in the kitchen, to the heated floors in the master bathroom. It was absolutely perfect. We are thinking of having this stay as a recurring staycation spot. Josh and Theresa were more than accommodating and would love to stay at that house again soon.

It was such a pleasure finding this cute and beautiful home to spend a couple of nights. The moment we entered, we felt the positive vibes. The home was pleasant, well-maintained, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Everyone, especially the kids, enjoyed the game room—the game table was a big hit! ​The hosts were incredibly nice and responsive, helping us immediately whenever we reached out. We also loved the outdoor firepit and getting the chance to stargaze for the first time in years. Overall, we had a very relaxing and memorable stay. We would definitely recommend this place!
